I was supposed to get an extra wireless number while at another branch. I had an issue with a security check. Weirdly it didn’t work and I didn’t get it. Karolina went through the process with me again and successfully helped me get a new number. She was patient and very helpful. She is excellent at navigating the online Bell systems and infrastructure.One would think selling another contract to an existing customer would be something Bell wants to do. Apparently not. 🤔😆

I had the pleasure of working with Karolina today as she walked me through a technical challenge with my mobile device. Here is the real deal.Karolina's customer service, expertise and willingness to do more than what was required speaks to her “above the line” professionalism.So, in retrospect to answer the question that the Bell bot asked in the earlier text survey "What is one thing we could do better to improve your experience"?Clone this woman.She should be used as the gold standard for what a future Bell hire should bring to the table. Anything less would be a disservice to the brand equity you are trying to build as a Bell franchisee.I hope to not have the same issue rise again with my device, but if I do - I hope it is a Saturday. Why? Because that’s when Karolina is the Bell superhero at the Elgin Mall.

Karolina was incredibly helpful getting my service restored to my phone after some miscommunication with Bell that resulted in my account being suspended. She was very friendly and kind which really calmed my anxiety. All was fixed when hubby and I left and I was very happy 😊.
Kyle was fantastic! His approach to finding us the right package was greatly appreciated. He asked several questions to understand our needs, then compared a few different packages to find us a solution within budget and delivered all of our points. His level of customer service exceeded our expectations!The Source wouldn’t open the door for us and the last time we were in there they offered zero customer service so we went straight to Bell instead. Went into the St Thomas location today for an up grade on my phone. Joel was awesome!! He took the time to explain my new plan and ensured I was getting the best deal.
