I have been a customer of Bell for over 20 years. My experience with Bell customer service has been up and down at the corporate level / call center. One of the only reasons I have continued to stay with Bell is Sandy Robbins at The Bell store on York St. in London.
Sandy is an absolutely pleasure to work with. She is knowledgeable, friendly and always has a smile. I trust her judgement when it comes to picking the correct plan and device for our needs. When I have questions or concerns, I just give her a call and she gets it looked after with the least amount of work or stress on my part.
