So happy with the wonderful service I received today from Jamie-Lyn at the Goderich Bell Store. She also assisted my husband with his switchover and solved a password issue while my cell took 1.5 hours to download. She was very friendly, patient & extremely knowledgeable. So happy with my new iPhone 13 Pro Max & look forward to the better camera & features since upgraded from a 7. Size is definitely going to be better on the eyes. The store location is convenient for me because if I have any further questions I will not hesitate to return for help. Thanks again for a great experience as I was concerned about loosing important information & of course the several thousand pictures of family & friends. So many memories.If there were more stars they would all be checked off.
Jenelle is very knowledgeable and helpful! She knew exactly what we needed to do to merge our 3 cell phones and made the phone call needed in order to make it happen, all while we were in the store with her. I have always bought my phones at the Goderich location and had service with Bell. The customer service is great in the Goderich store!
