Expensive expensive plans nothing good about the store. Terrible staff, employees keep changing and you cant get hold of if you ever had any problem later.

Was having problems with my Roger's smart home monitoring app. Called Rogers and they couldn't fix it, their techs couldn't fix it and the Rogers store couldn't fix it. Went to Bell store and a young man named Amir fixed it in about 15 minutes. Thank you Amir.
Had the worst experience at bell Woodstock today. First the representatives dont listen, give wrong information or are confused themselves and then customer care also wasnt much helpful.Worst possible service I have recieved till date. The representatives at the store were least interested in helping or listening what we asked for. Once I explained what we were looking for they confirmed that additional charges on our existing bill will be $20 per month, I confirmed twice that the services needed to be added to existing plan and not a separate plan, they assured me that thats what they have done. When I returned home, in the evening I checked my account and its an additional charge of $140 not $20 per month.It was late, so I Called customer care, who then kept transferring me from one department to another asking me same question again and again and were not helpful at all. The last call transfer I had, i was fed up and asked the lady(finally a person who listened) to just cancel the new purchase altogether and she tried doing it but all other departments were closed. Now I will be calling bell again and hoping that I dont get charged for something I havent even used and was wrongfully added to my account saying its on existing plan.
My husband and I were looking to trade in our old phones and get new ones. Keira Wilbee was the sales person we dealt with. She was very personable and knowledgeable and got us in and out of there in a half an hour. We had some laughs with her and we would definitely go back if we knew she was working. Associate was very helpful!! He was a new employee and was very patient as he set up my new phone- Sim card, etc.

My husband and I went to the Bell store in Woodstock this morning. . We dealt with Debbie. She was very efficient and answered any questions that we asked of her in regards to phones and the cellular plan that we were interested in.Our experience with Bell was very pleasant.
Had the most pleasant experience today at this Bell store. Kate and her fellow employee went above the required service to help us get the right phone and set it all up for us. Including a quick follow up…our mistake not theirs…..but they helped get it fixed anyway. Thanks again guys….we will be doing all of our phone shopping here.
I came to this location to get some help switching out of my corporate phone plan and Tara was so kind and patient! She worked with me and the corporate helpdesk to make sure we followed all the right steps to do the process properly and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Horrendous customer service. Waiting currently 1 hour and 40 minutes to figure out why a tech didn't show up between the scheduled times, asked online, was told to call a number, waiting for 15 minutea and gave up. Tried online again, only this time to figure out how to get out of the contract. Only to be given the same runaround. So rogers it is. And Bell will lose another customer.UPDATE: after contacting Bell as per their reply, I still have no idea how to get out of this contract because they haven't responded. Sounds to me like more lip service. Just another corporation led by bottom line dollars and no accountability. It is now a personal mission to spread the word and let the world know what can be expected from this company.STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM BELL.How's that for a bottom line?
