I was messed up in because my phone was put into lost and stolen list without any reason and I was hopeless. However, went to store and the representative named SAAD helped me with it, it took him 2 hours to talk to the call support and get a solution. But he still helped me even after the store timings because it was a big problem for me and my phone was not working. He helped me like an angel even after the customer service was not cooperative and helped me get my phone unblocked. I contacted the bell support multiple times but they didn’t help at all. Saad was amazing with his work and had a great dedication towards solving my problem. Exceptional customer service by him👍🏻👍🏻highly recommended

I received large bills from Bell service, but unfortunately, I will not be refunded. I signed up for a package that was supposed to cost about $50 per month. However, the actual charges were much higher, as you can see. I do not recommend this service. It seems like they are trying to take advantage of foreigners. Additionally, I paid $160 (not shown in the statement) to terminate the contract and close the account. I did not make any calls abroad or to other European countries; I only called friends in America once. I usually only used the internet when I went to work and when I returned home, and mostly used the internet at home. I paid so much money that I could have bought myself several good face creams instead.

You go there for help, to get a new phone and set up a new 2 year plan with them, but all of a sudden they have "NO" phones to upgrade to nor a decent program to get in to. All they have is the expensive phone that cost $80.00/month to use. That's all folks. And my hubby only uses his phone to make important calls. That's it ...... . Seriously !!! Alex taught me. He was great!

I went to bell in woodstock on Sunday to purchase a new phone the salesman had switch accounts for my myself and my wife to get us a better plan at new rates and bundle our internet for us no prob he said,saved a phone for me as I had to wait for new account to merge.went in Monday to find out he did nothing no phone with my name on it and that a bundle can not be done for a cheaper rate and my old phone got charged to my other account before my expired date,he promised alot and did nothingness my new bill is alot higher than he quoted and supposedly nothing I can do about it,have been a bell customer my whole life very angry customer with sales rep .

Best buying a phone experience ever. My parents are almost 90 and cell phones are beyond them but they need to stay in touch with each other and family. Caroline was so helpful. Showed me the basic cell phone for seniors. Then she spent all the time I needed to show me how to confidently operate the phone so that I could comfortably show my parents. She was showing me which buttons to push but I am more of a kinaesthetic learner. She kindly gave me the phone and then talked me through what to do. So much better. I bought two phones and she suggested I buy them outright as it would be a large savings. Very true. As well I/they would not be tied into a 2 year contract. She set everything up so that I could take care of the payments, a minimal 25$ plus taxes per phone with Canada wide calling. This is a fantastic deal for seniors. An easy to use phone with an excellent price point. Caroline was very kind and helpful. I would go back to her any time.

Went to the source inside Masonville mall to get an iPhone 14 and sign up for a 50$ month phone plan with bell. The worker who helped us kept making mistakes and repeatedly needed help from other workers. Took way longer than it needed to be since he didn’t know what he was doing and kept changing things. Before we left me and my mom were looking at the paperwork and were like this doesn’t look right. He pointed out the credits and said it will come to 50$. I go home and wait forever to get my first bill. When it comes in I’m like that doesn’t look right. Turns out he messed up again and was not put on the 50$ plan. I call bell spend an hour or two on the phone. Looks like the guy at the store messed up by not adding a credit. She says she can’t fix it and that maybe we should have called the store directly. Maybe you should have told us this near the start of the call instead of wasting our time. In the end of it she says she’s creating a ticket and transfer us to another department. This guy says they’ll call in one or two days. Four days go by and there is no call. So I call them back and talk to another lady. She says the plan is the correct plan despite the fact that I am specifically telling them that I wanted the 50$ plan and not the higher one. She’s says that she’ll add a note and that they’ll call in 1-2 weeks. Meanwhile it took forever to get the bill and now it’s due in 5 days. So now I’m going to have to pay more than I agreed upon due to someone else’s mistake in the meantime. On top of that both times I called they of course tried to get me to start another line or internet services. Like why would I need another line. I only have the one phone. Stop trying to sell me services I don’t need and definitely wouldn’t get through you. If I could return the phone, cancel the plan and go with someone else I might just do that. I’ll have to see if what I’m able to do. Cause I’m not paying more than what I agreed upon. I definitely don’t want to drive an hour to the store, waste time there trying to get it fixed, and then drive an hour back home. So much of my time has been wasted. If they don’t call and fix it in the next two weeks I’m just gonna cancel. Will update my review if they fix it or not. So they called and said they won’t fix it. So I’ll have to call cancel it and go with another cheaper plan.

Was having problems with my Roger's smart home monitoring app. Called Rogers and they couldn't fix it, their techs couldn't fix it and the Rogers store couldn't fix it. Went to Bell store and a young man named Amir fixed it in about 15 minutes. Thank you Amir.

Had the worst experience at bell Woodstock today. First the representatives dont listen, give wrong information or are confused themselves and then customer care also wasnt much helpful.Worst possible service I have recieved till date. The representatives at the store were least interested in helping or listening what we asked for. Once I explained what we were looking for they confirmed that additional charges on our existing bill will be $20 per month, I confirmed twice that the services needed to be added to existing plan and not a separate plan, they assured me that thats what they have done. When I returned home, in the evening I checked my account and its an additional charge of $140 not $20 per month.It was late, so I Called customer care, who then kept transferring me from one department to another asking me same question again and again and were not helpful at all. The last call transfer I had, i was fed up and asked the lady(finally a person who listened) to just cancel the new purchase altogether and she tried doing it but all other departments were closed. Now I will be calling bell again and hoping that I dont get charged for something I havent even used and was wrongfully added to my account saying its on existing plan.

Horrendous customer service. Waiting currently 1 hour and 40 minutes to figure out why a tech didn't show up between the scheduled times, asked online, was told to call a number, waiting for 15 minutea and gave up. Tried online again, only this time to figure out how to get out of the contract. Only to be given the same runaround. So rogers it is. And Bell will lose another customer.UPDATE: after contacting Bell as per their reply, I still have no idea how to get out of this contract because they haven't responded. Sounds to me like more lip service. Just another corporation led by bottom line dollars and no accountability. It is now a personal mission to spread the word and let the world know what can be expected from this company.STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM BELL.How's that for a bottom line?
