I was greeted with excellent customer service. I was helped through what I thought was going to be a head throbbing process but instead turned into the easiest process of replacing a broken phone. Not only was expertly assisted, but I was also able to leave with a much better plan that was not only better suited for myself, but that was also significantly cheaper. 10/10 service. Would recommend to anyone looking for a pain free experience.
I had an Excellent experience with Bell's Customer Care Representative Andrea. She was so polite and friendly. She is a very hardworking and cooperative person. Made us feel at home. She was so patient with us and helped us choose the perfect data plan. I would definitely recommend Andrea to anyone looking for any type of help desk support. This is the only store where I would be visiting from now onwards. This lady definitely deserves a raise for being so patient with the customers. 👌👌👌
