We had a wonderful Bell mobility store agent helping us at the Bell Westmount location in London, Ontario. Her name was Maria Martinez, she was polite and extremely helpful in explaining the phones, new updated contract details and assisting us in a quick but very thorough tutorial on how to use my wife’s new phone. She was superb, I would recommend anyone to use this location when in the market to buy a new phone, and to ask for Maria.
I have been upgrading my phone every few years at the London Westmount Bell World for a long time and have always had a good experience. Today was no exception. I was assisted by Maria who was very pleasant and helpful in answering all my questions. She took the time to ensure I was getting the best plan for my needs and found a discount that significantly lowered my monthly plan. She put my new screen protector on and transferred all the apps and data from my old phone. Thanks Maria!
