Once again, the staff at Bell Boardwalk store in Waterloo helped me solve another problem !Got a message that my password was being compromised and i thought there was a problem again with identity theft. Turned out it was a message generated by the phone warning me TO change password.Patricia was quick to inform of this quirk so i didn't have to cancel all my cards again!Thanks again to her for the information , as the Bell store here in montreal was not able to enlighten me on the message at all!Kudos to you Patricia for your expert knowledge again!!!

When I contacted the Bell Mobility store they had indicated that they have the new Google Pixel 8. They told me they cannot sell menthe phone unless I finance it. I just want to buy a new phone and am willing to pay for it but Bell yes Bell mobility on ira needles would not sell me a phone. This is perplexing.

The experience at the Store was a 7 out of 5, they were above and beyond. Unfortunately, the phone Google Pixel 8 gets a 4 out of 10. When syncing the phone with my computer it DOESN'T SYNC THE APPS, WHICH SUCKS. Sorry, but you always ask for opinions

I walked in having a bad day because my SIM card broke, and walked out with a new SIM card and a way cheaper phone plan giving me the same thing I was already paying for. I just experienced the best customer service in years at this Bell location. Milan was so helpful, patient and kind, words can’t describe my satisfaction with the service I received. After hours on the phone with Bell and not getting my mobility service working, Milan in 20 minutes had my new phone working. If you have any issues with your Bell service Milan is the guy to talk to. Bravo Milan!!

Went to buy a phone and sim, their policies needed an Id from here and they won't take any other. In order to hear that I had to even wait for so long. Employees were really good but the policies I will give a negative star.

Poor costumer service! We walked in and waited 10 minutes while the employee helped another costumer and asked us if we just had a quick question if not he won’t help us because he has to go home by 6 … my husband asked if he gets paid over time and said no. If this how you train your staff shame on you bell.

Purchased the 23 ultra 512gb from The bell store, Patricia was amazing to work with and she knows her information. She took the stress out from buying a new phone and getting all the data transferred to the new phone. This Bell store gets a 5/5 from me because of one employee Keira. I came in to transfer to bell and upgrade my phone. Keira spent nearly 2.5 hours on and off the phone with support to make sure I wouldn’t lose my number when there was technical issues. She did everything she would for me and in the end I got a great plan and new phone while getting to keep my number. Keira is amazing and I hope anyone who comes in gets her!!!

I needed a new phone and wasn't sure what l wanted. Patricia the store manager suggested the Google pixel 8 as i had a BlackBerry forever. Very pleased with the phone and the service i received. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Best customer service I've had in a long time!I would recommend making a purchase or upgrading your services at this Bell location.

Nice store and unlike Rogers and Freedom nearby the door isn't locked when the store is open and you and go in. Only problem offs the Bell plans are way too expensive so it's a no go. No fault of the store.

Well folks if you purchased a third party warranty it's now nil and deleted. When bell searched for my info all records from last 2 yrs or so gone. So now new owner is offering a discount on replacement third party warranty by PAYING 50% or more, such a scam. Remember this company does not lose money or give it away for free, always a catchSo guess I'll pay half to have it fixed 😕

Went into the store tonight to upgrade my phone around 5:45 and didn’t realized they closed at 6. I decided on a plan and phone around 5:55 and noticed the other employee was mopping the store. I asked Mike the gentlemen that was helping me what time they closed at and he said 6 but not to worry about it. Mike then updated and transferred my old phone on to my new phone, helped me with accessories and walked me through every step of the update . He stayed until almost 7 o’clock and made sure my new phone was working before I left. This was a great shopping experience and Mike deserves a raise! Thanks again!

Bought my first smart phone from here. I did not knoww completely what I wanted. Mike, the sales rep, took me through some options, and between him and my daughter, I walked out with a Samsung A15. The whole experience was pleasurable, and Mike was very patient with me. Mike took the time to explain my new phone, as I am quite the dinosaur in this modern tech age. I really want to thank you Mike, and make known how much I appreciated all the help. I know if I have any problems, the staff at the Bell on Boardwlk, Kitchener will do their utmost to help me.
